This Writ Petition is filed complaining inaction on the part of the respondents in passing final orders in the Appeal filed by the petitioner.

Learned Government Pleader for Prohibition & Excise (Andhra Pradesh) has placed on record the order dated 18.02.2017 passed by the 2nd respondent Deputy Commissioner of Prohibition & Excise, Guntur, whereunder the Appeal filed by the petitioner has been allowed. A copy of the said order dated 18.02.2017 has been made available to the learned counsel for the petitioner today. In that view of the matter, the Writ Petition has become infructuous. Hence, it is closed. No costs. Consequently, the miscellaneous Applications, if any shall also stand closed.
