ORDER:

Petitioner states that he is the owner and possessor of an extent of Ac.0.95 cents of land in Sy.No.457/5 of Nagrajupalli Gram Panchayat, Martur Mandal, Prakasam District, vide document No.305/2015 dated 05.02.2015. Petitioner is stated to have filed a representation dated 23.03.2015 seeking mutation and issuance of pattadar passbooks and title deeds. Alleging inaction on the part of the third respondent, the present writ petition is filed.

2. It is, however, noticed that the petitioner had not made any application in accordance with the Rules framed under the A.P. Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971.

3. Heard learned Government Pleader.

4. In view of the above, petitioner is permitted to file an appropriate application in the proforma prescribed within a period of one week from today and thereafter, the third respondent is directed to consider the same and pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law, within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs. ______________________
