- 2 - THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO CONTEMPT CASE No.1685 OF 2017 ORDER :

This Contempt case is filed to punish the respondents for wilful and deliberate violation of the order passed by this Court in W.P.M.P.No.54855 of in W.P.No.44470 of on 21.12.2016.

This Court directed consideration of representation submitted by the petitioner for grant of permission to commence quarry operations for Laterite in the land admeasuring Ac.10.07 cents in Sy.Nos.547/1 to 547/8 and 548/1 to 548/5 of Bogole Village and Mandal, Nellore District.

Learned counsel for the petitioner produced copy of the letter dated 22.08.2017 which is the order passed on consideration of the representation.

In view of the subsequent developments, it cannot be said that the direction issued by this Court is violated warranting initiation of contempt proceedings under the Contempt of Courts Act.

Contempt case is accordingly, closed. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this contempt case shall stand closed.
