HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.16854 OF 2010 ORDER:

This petition is filed for a writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in not permitting the students of the petitioner Institution in Electrician Trade 8 units (2008-10 batch) for All India Trade Test, to be held from 23.07.2010, as illegal and arbitrary and for a further direction to the respondents to pass permanent affiliation orders which are pending with the 3rd respondent, immediately; and also for a direction to the respondents to permit the Electrician Trade 8 Units (4+4) students for All India Trade Test to be held from 23.07.2010 or thereafter and issue National Trade Certificates by declaring the results.

This Court, on 16.07.2010, while admitting the writ petition granted interim direction to the respondents to permit the students of the petitionerInstitution to appear for the All India Trade Test to be held from 23.07.2010, but however, not to declare their results until further orders. Thereafter, on 19.01.2011, this Court directed the respondents to announce the results of the students of the petitioner-Institution in respect of the examinations they have appeared in the month of July, 2010. In view of the above interim orders and by afflux time nothing survives for adjudication in the writ petition. However, the writ petition is disposed of in terms of the interim order granted by this Court on 16.07.2010. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
