Heard Sri R.Raghunandhan Rao, learned Senior Counsel, representing Sri T.Bala Mohan Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, and the learned Government Pleader for Industries. When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned Senior Counsel that, pursuant to the order, dated 18.06.2018, in W.A.Nos.814 and 816 of 2018, petitioner herein submitted a representation on 05.07.2018. It is further submitted that, though the impugned notice is titled as a show cause notice, it is a final order, and a reading of the same discloses that decision has already been taken.

It is further submitted that, against the show cause notice, Writ Petition does not lie and that if an explanation is submitted by the petitioner herein, in response to the impugned show cause notice, the same will be considered and a decision will be taken. Recording the above submission, keeping it open for the petitioner herein to file an explanation to the impugned show cause notice, dated 18.06.2018, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, Writ Petition is disposed of. It is open
for the respondents herein to take appropriate action, after considering the said explanation, strictly in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs.
