It is the submission of the counsel for the petitioner/A2 that the cause in the petition has become baseless as the police filed charge sheet, as such, the quash petition may be closed.

Recording the said submission, this criminal petition is dismissed as infructuous, without prejudice to the available defences of the petitioner/accused to vindicate his grievance otherwise.

Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration, if any, in this case shall stand closed in consequence.
