Heard counsel for the petitioner and the Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents.

2. Petitioner was allotted certain land for the purpose of setting up a stone crushing unit by the respondents in 2008 on payment of Rs.2,55,000/- by him. Alleging that the petitioner had not set up the said unit, a show cause notice dt.02.02.2016 has been given by respondent No.2. Petitioner has replied on 10.03.2016 stating that no raw material is available in the land for the purpose of stone crushing. Respondent No.2 has not passed any order thereafter.

3. Counsel for the petitioner contends that the persons, who are enemical to the petitioner are pressurizing respondents to take over the said land.

4. Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents states that respondent No.2 will consider the petitioner's explanations to the notice dt.02.02.2016 issued by respondent No.2 and pass a reasoned order and communicate it to the petitioner.

5. Therefore, the writ petition is disposed of directing respondent No.2, to consider the petitioner's explanations to the show cause notice dt.02.02.2016 issued by him

and pass appropriate orders within eight (08) weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.

5. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
