In this Writ Petition, petitioner alleges that though the authorization of his Fair Price Shop bearing No.2517 of Namapur Village, Pegadapally Mandal, Karimnagar District, is subsisting, the essential commodities are not supplied to him causing undue hardship and suffering.

This Court, by way of interim order, suspended the proceedings dated 22.08.2016 issued by the 2nd respondent. 4.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the interim order passed by this Court, the essential commodities are supplied to the petitioner's Fair Price Shop. 5.

In view of the same, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents to continue to supply the essential commodities to the petitioner's Fair Price Shop so long as his authorization subsists; not suffered any other penal consequences and subject to fulfillment of all other requirements.
