THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No.1511 of 2010 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the respondents in deleting the names of 151 members whose names are reflected in the Members List in the Audit Report for the year 2003-04 pertaining to the 2nd respondent-Society and including 109 names as Voters in the Final Voters List of the 2nd respondent-Society and proposing to conduct election for the 2nd respondent-Society.

Heard Sri C. Raghu, learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Pleader for Cooperation.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners fairly submits that no interim order was granted by this Court. Considering the fact that the relief claimed by the petitioners is in relation to the Voters in the Final Voters List of the 2nd respondent-Society for the year 2009 and as now we are in the year 2015, nothing survives in the writ petition.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.

The Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall also stand dismissed.
