THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V. SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.6570 OF 2017 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for the following relief: "to issue a writ order or direction more particularly one in the nature of WRIT OF MANDAMUS, declaring the action of the 2nd respondent in not considering the representation of the petitioner dated 14-7-2014 and 16-4-2015 for using of pathway of 10 meters length 3 Miters Width in Sy.No.10 of Thummadam Village, Nidamanuru Mandal, Nalgonda district is illegal, arbitrary and violation of Principles of Natural Justice and violation of the Articles, 14, 21 and 300A of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondent No.2 to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 14-7-2014 and 16-4-2015 by collecting the market value."

When the matter is taken up, it is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner that for redressal of the grievance of the petitioner, petitioner herein submitted representations to the District Collector, Nalgonda, on 14.07.2014 and 16.04.2015 and a request is made by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the same may be directed to be disposed of by the 2nd respondent herein, in accordance with law, by fixing some timeframe. On the

AVSS,J W.P.No.6570 of 2017 otherhand, it is submitted by the learned Government Pleader that the same will be considered and appropriate orders will be passed in accordance with law.

Recording the said submission, without expressing any opinion on merits and demerits of the matter, this writ petition is disposed of, with a direction to the 2nd respondent to pass appropriate orders on the representations dated 14.07.2014 and 16.04.2015, said to have been submitted by the petitioner herein, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, as per law. 4.

Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration, if any, in this case shall stand closed in consequence. No order as to costs.
