Since the issue involved in these two Writ Petitions is one and the same, they are being disposed of by this common order. 2.
The grievance of the petitioners is that the respondents are not registering the crime pursuant to the complaints, dated 14.07.2018 and 17.07.2018.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions, wherein it is stated that the complaints of the petitioners were received and a GD entry was made in the record. It is further stated that during course of investigation, it was revealed that the subject matter is purely civil in nature and the same was informed to the petitioners. A copy of enquiry report is served on the counsel for the petitioners.

Recording the same these two Writ Petitions are closed granting liberty to the petitioners to avail the remedies available under law.
