HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 33192 of 2010 ORDER:

1) The present writ petition came to be filed with the following relief:

" issuance of writ of mandamus declaring the action of the respondent to dispossess the petitioners from their plot Nos. 14, 15, 23, 24 and 33 admeasuring 300 square yards each plot in Sy.No.549/ 7 of Gajularamaram, Qutbullapur Tehsil, Ranga Reddy District, forcibly and illegally without initiating proceedings under Andhra Pradesh Housing Board Act, 1956 or any other law, as illegal, arbitrary and violative of Articles 14, 21 and 300 (A) of the Constitution of India."

2) The grievance of the petitioners is that the respondents are trying to dispossess them without following due process of law. 3) The same is disputed by the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents stating that if any action is to be taken the same will be in accordance with the procedure established under law.

4) In view of the rival submissions made, the present writ petition is disposed of, directing the respondents to follow the due process of law, in case the respondents intend to dispossess the petitioners from the plots which are subject matter of dispute in the present writ petition. There shall be no order as to costs.

5) Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
