THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P. NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION No.31740 OF 2017 ORDER:
Petitioner claims that the deed of conveyance presented by him before the Sub Registrar, Madanapalle, Chittoor, the 4th respondent is not accepted. However, in proof of his claim that the deed of conveyance is presented, stamp duty amount paid through the bank is enclosed as Ex.P2.

Having regard to the same, if what is contended by the petitioner is true, the 4th respondent is directed to receive the document presented by the petitioner for registration and process the same in accordance with the procedure envisaged under the Registration Act and the Rules framed thereunder. Petitioner shall physically be present himself before the 4th respondent on 26.09.2017 with the deed of conveyance by complying with all the required formalities. If the petitioner appears before the 4th respondent on 26.09.2017, the 4th respondent shall receive the document and process the same in accordance with law. If there is any objection on the admissibility of the document presented by the petitioner, the 4th respondent shall communicate his decision to the petitioner by a reasoned order.

With the above directions, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in the Writ Petition shall stand closed.
