Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Pleader for the respondents.

This writ petition was filed challenging the interference of the 3rd respondent in the land of an extent of Ac.3.00 in Sy.No.460, situated at Mulakaledu village, Settur Mandal, Anantapur District, in respect of which, petitioner was granted licence on 17.05.2003 for plantation of trees.

Though no counter has been filed by the respondents, but on the basis of written instructions received from the respondents, the learned Government Pleader submits that the land in Sy.No.460 was classified as Government poramboke and licence was granted in favour of the petitioner along with others under the provisions of BSO No.19-B, Paragraph-2. The 3rd respondent never tried to dispossess the

petitioner from the subject land as on 15.02.2015. In view of the submissions made by the learned Government Pleader, nothing survives for consideration in this writ petition. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed.
