HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI AND HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE PULLA KARTHIK W.P.No.29179 OF 2010 ORDER: (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice Abhinand Kumar Shavili) When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the petitioners had informed this Court that during pendency of the writ petition, the 1st respondent has retired from service on attaining the age of superannuation and this Court also not suspended the operation of the Tribunal order and hence, the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication.

In view of the said submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
