CVNR, J & TR, J AS.No.673 of 2003 Dated:13.3.2017 JUDGMENT: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This Appeal Suit arises out of order and decree, dated 29.02.2000, in O.P.No.37 of 1991 on the file of the learned Senior Civil Judge, Asifabad.

The dispute in the appeal was referred to Lok Adalat held at Hyderabad. The Registry has placed before us the award, dated 13.6.2015, passed by the Lok Adalat, as per which both parties have agreed for fixation of market value of the acquired land at Rs.68,000/- per acre as against the sum of Rs.20,000/- per acre fixed by the Reference Court.

At the hearing, learned counsel for both parties have affirmed the factum of passing of such award. In view of the above, the appeal is disposed of in terms of the afore-mentioned Lok Adalat Award.
