THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 22121 of 2011 ORDER:

This Writ Petition was filed assailing the action of the police authorities in threatening the petitioner and pressurising her to register a house property in favour of the fourth respondent.

The Inspector of Police, Medipalli Police Station, Cyberabad, filed a counter affidavit denying the allegation of the petitioner that the police authorities threatened

her and pressurised her to execute a sale deed in favour of the fourth respondent. He categorically stated that the police authorities never harassed, threatened or interfered with the civil disputes pending between the petitioner and the fourth respondent.

In the light of the clear averments made in the counter affidavit, the cause in this Writ Petition does not survive.

The Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed.

Pending Miscellaneous Petitions shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
