Sri P.Vishnuvardhan Reddy, learned Counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with a liberty to challenge the proceedings issued by the respondent Corporation rejecting the application of the petitioners for grant of construction permission.

Sri R.Radhakrishna Reddy, learned Standing Counsel takes notice on behalf of the respondent Corporation. Recording the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting the liberty sought for. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this writ petition, shall stand dismissed.
