O R D E R
The grievance of the petitioner is that the 3rd respondent - Station House Officer, Mills Colony Police Station, Warangal City, Warangal District, is not registering the crime based on his complaint dated 07.06.2018 and taking action in accordance with law.
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions of Sub Inspector of Police, Mills Colony Police Station, Warangal dated 21.08.2018, stating that the complaint of the petitioner was enquired into and it revealed that the subject matter is purely of civil in nature and the same was informed to the petitioner vide letter dated 20.06.2018. Learned counsel for the petitioner disputed the receipt of any letter dated 20.06.2018.
Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, during the course of arguments, handover a copy of letter dated 20.06.2018 to the learned counsel for the petitioner.
Recording the above statement made in the written instructions, writ petition is disposed of, giving liberty to the petitioner to avail alternative remedies available under law.
