This civil revision petition is filed by the petitioner under Article 227 of the Constitution of India seeking a direction to the Principal Junior Civil Judge, Rajahmundry to dispose of E.P.No.158 of 2015 in R.C.C.No.27 of 2009.

Heard and perused the material available on record. 3.
The petitioner herein is the decree holder in the above R.C.C. He filed the above E.P. for delivery of the decree schedule property to him or to any authorized person on behalf of the decree holder.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the respondent, having suffered with the eviction order in the above R.C.C., is indulging in creating further litigations over the property in question by setting up third party claims to harass the petitioner and therefore, the Court below may be directed to dispose of the above E.P. as expeditiously as possible. 5.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of by directing the learned Principal Junior Civil Judge, Rajahmundry, to dispose of the E.P.No.157 of 2015 in R.C.C.No.27 of 2009 along with E.P.No.158 of 2015 as per the earlier order of this Court in C.R.P.No.3787 of 2016, after hearing both the parties, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of two (2) months from today, in
RE, J C.R.P.No.4017 of 2016 >>2<< accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this civil revision petition shall stand closed.
