THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V. SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.9135 OF 2016 ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the following relief:
"to issue a Writ, Order or Direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of the respondents in not regularizing the petitioner in the 3rd respondent yard keeping in view of the appointment order vide No. 273/1/KR dt.16.04.2001 is illegal, arbitrary and against the principles of natural justice and in violation of Articles 14,19, 21 and 300-A of Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents to regularize the petitioner services in the 3rd respondent yard by considering the representation dated 24.04.2015 and to pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the interest of justice."
2. Heard Sri K.Suryanarayana, learned counsel, appearing for the petitioner and Sri B.Narayana Reddy, learned Assistant Solicitor General for Union of India, appearing for the respondents.

When the matter is called, it is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner herein that for redressal of the grievance of the petitioner, petitioner herein submitted a representation dated 24.04.2015 to the 3rd respondent and no orders have been passed on the said representation so far. It is further requested by the learned counsel that the 3rd respondent may be directed to pass appropriate orders on the said representation, in accordance with law, by fixing some timeframe.
4. For the aforesaid reasons and having regard to the nature of controversy, Writ Petition is disposed of, without expressing any opinion on the merits and demerits of the matter and entitlement of the
petitioner, directing the 3rd respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders on the representation dated 24.04.2015 said to have been submitted by the petitioner herein, in accordance with law, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration, if any, in the Writ Petition shall stand closed in consequence. No order as to costs. __________________ A.V.SESHA SAI, J 21.03.2016 SS
