Learned counsel for appellant would submit that the sole appellant died and no LR particulars could be traced out in spite of his best efforts and requests for passing the necessary orders.

In view of the above submission, the Second Appeal is dismissed as abated. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
