ORDER

This writ petition is filed seeking to issue a Writ of Mandamus declaring G.O.Ms.No.38, dated 19.11.2014 and consequential notifications dated 21.11.2014 & 1.12.2014 issued by the respondents as arbitrary, illegal and contrary to Right to Education Act, 2009 (for short 'the Act') and NCERT guidelines and consequently to direct the respondents to issue revised DSC notification duly framing rules strictly in accordance with the Act and NCERT guidelines. Heard Sri K.Mallikarjuna Moorthy, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and learned Government Pleader for School Education.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, it has been brought to the notice of this Court by learned Government Pleader that similar issue was raised in W.P.No.13998 of 2015 and this Court vide order dated 6.8.2015 dismissed the same. Following the same, this Writ Petition is also dismissed. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
