COMMON ORDER:

In the writ petition, petitioner challenges the order of suspension. Learned counsel for petitioner represents that in pursuance to the interim orders granted by A.P. Administrative Tribunal, the order of suspension was revoked and subsequently disciplinary proceedings are also concluded, therefore, no further orders are required. He further submits that earlier contempt case was filed alleging non compliance of the orders, however, subsequently, orders are complied with. Having regard to these submissions, writ petition is dismissed as infructuous and consequently contempt case is closed. No costs.
