The grievance of the petitioner is that the 4th respondent, without having any power, interfering with the civil disputes pending between the petitioner and the 5th respondent and also threatening the petitioner to register false cases against him by colluding with respondent No.4.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions, wherein it was stated that 4th respondent is not threatening the petitioner to register false cases against him and he is not interfering with the civil disputes pending between the petitioner and the 5th respondent. It is further stated that the 5th respondent has not lodged any report against the petitioner till date. 3.

Recording the same, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 4th respondent not to interfere with the civil disputes pending between the petitioner and the 5th respondent.
