ORDER:

This civil revision petition arises out of the order, dated 22.01.2015, in E.A.No.22 of 2015 in E.P.No.10 of 2013 on the file of learned Special Sessions Judge for Trial of Cases under SC & ST (POA) Act-cum-VII Additional District & Sessions Judge, Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar. At the hearing, Mr.G.Anandam, learned counsel for the petitioner, has placed before the Court, separate orders of this Court, dated 27.03.2015, allowing C.R.P.No.1096 of 2015 and batch, and C.R.P.No.896 of 2015, filed against the orders, which are identical to that from out of which the present C.R.P. arises. For the same reasons as contained in the aforesaid two orders, this Civil Revision Petition is allowed with the direction that the observations and directions contained therein shall form part of this order, with the only variation that the time stipulated in the said orders shall commence from the date of receipt of a copy of this order in this case.

As a sequel to allowing the Civil Revision Petition, C.R.P.M.P.No.1887 of 2015 filed by the petitioner for interim direction shall stand dismissed as infructuous. __________________________ (C.V.NAGARJUNA REDDY, J) 17th April, 2015 GHN
