Sri Nandigam Krishna Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner, would submit that the cause in the Writ Petition does not survive necessitating any further adjudication and the Writ Petition has become infructuous.

The Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand dismissed.
