ORDER

This contempt case is filed seeking to punish the respondent for willful and deliberate disobedience of the order dated 12-04-2022 in W.P.No.17278 of 2022.

This Court, by order dated 12-04-2022 in W.P.No.17278 of 2022 has directed the official respondents to take appropriate steps in accordance with law within a period of four weeks on the illegal constructions made by the unofficial respondent in the writ petition. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner Ms. Ande Vishala submits that when there is inaction on the part of the official respondents, the present contempt case is filed and thereafter, the unofficial respondent in the writ petition has given an undertaking that they will remove the said illegal constructions and she will take appropriate steps if they failed to do so and in view of the same, the petitioner is not pressing the contempt case. She submits that liberty may be given to the petitioner to question any further inaction on the part of the unofficial respondent or the official respondents in the writ petition. 4.

Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed granting liberty as prayed for by the petitioner. No order as to costs.
