Naadella Venkata Rao S/O Rajeswara Rao v. The State Of Andhra Pradesh,
HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE VILAS V.AFZULPURKAR W.P.No.39326 of 2015 ORDER:
Heard.
The petitioner questions the action of the sole arbitrator, who was appointed for arbitration of the dispute between the petitioner and another private party. The award has already been passed by the Arbitrator on 26-10-2015. Since the petitioner has remedies under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, I see no reason to entertain the writ petition particularly as private party or their private arbitrator is not subjected to jurisdiction of this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India.
Hence, with the liberty to the petitioner to avail appropriate remedies under the aforesaid Act, the writ petition is dismissed. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed. _______________________ VILAS V.AFZULPURKAR, J Date: 03-12-2015 Prv
