The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that writ petition has been filed challenging the inaction of the respondent no.4 in registering the crime. He submits that as the crime is now registered, he has instructions to withdraw the writ petition and, therefore, seeks permission for the same. Permission is accorded and the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
