Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this Court granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner vide order dated 26.11.2024 in the above criminal petition. In the said order, inadvertently in Para No.1 the Crime Number was mentioned as "Cr.No.272 of 2023" instead of "Cr.No.272 of 2024" and the satisfaction of the Court name was mentioned as "I Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Siricilla" instead of "Principal Judicial First Class Magistrate, Siricilla" and the same was typed in the operative portion of the order dated 26.11.2024 of the above criminal petition and requested to correct the same and issue the corrected copy.

Considering the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner and considering the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, this petition is allowed. The Crime No.272 of 2023 in Para No.1 and name of the Court I Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Siricilla

mentioned in condition No.(i) of paragraph No.7 of the order dated 26.11.2024 in Crl.P.No.13708 of 2024 should be replaced with "Cr.No.272 of 2024 in Para No.1 and Principal Judicial First Class Magistrate, Siricilla" in condition No.(i) of paragraph No.7 of the order dated 26.11.2024 in the above criminal petition.
