THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P. NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION No.15253 of 2015 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed aggrieved by the action of the Gram Panchayat in laying drainage pipeline across the private land of the

petitioners.

It is contended that there was no consent obtained and due process of law was not followed in undertaking such exercise.

Learned Standing Counsel pointed out that on the same subject, petitioners instituted O.S.No.133 of 2015 on the file of Vacation Judge-cum-II Additional District Judge, Ranga Reddy and the suit is pending consideration. An injunction was sought and is under consideration with the competent Court. Having regard to the fact that on the same subject, the suit is already instituted, this Court is not inclined to consider the writ petition. Hence, the writ petition is dismissed.

Consequently, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any shall also stand closed. No order as to costs.
