HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE DILIP B. BHOSALE AND HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT APPEAL No. 138 OF 2015 P.C: (per the Hon'ble Sri Justice Dilip B. Bhosale) This writ appeal is directed against the order dated 26-11-2013 passed in Writ Petition No.25150 of 2005. In the writ petition, concession was made by learned counsel for the parties that it has been covered by the order in Writ Petition Nos.22685 and 22604 of 2000, arising from the orders in M.P Nos.26 and 27 of 1996, passed on 28-09-1999. In view thereof, the learned Judge dismissed the writ petition in terms of the order dated 21-11-2013 passed in Writ Petition Nos.22685 and 22604 of 2000. On last occasion, we had directed learned counsel for the appellants to find out whether the order dated 21-11-2013 passed in the aforementioned two writ petitions was carried in appeal. Today, he submits that the order dated 21-11-2013 was not challenged by the appellants in appeal and, hence, it attained finality.

Keeping that in view and considering the concession made before the learned single Judge while disposing of the writ petition, as aforementioned, we dismiss the writ appeal in limini. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, also stand disposed of. ______________________ DILIP B. BHOSALE, J _______________________________ A. RAMALINGESWARA RAO, J 18-03-2015 ks
