O R D E R
Alleging that respondents 4 and 5 - police authorities are threatening the petitioner and his family members to vacate the subject house and interfering with the civil dispute at the instance of unofficial respondent No.6, the present writ petition is filed.
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions of Sub Inspector of Police / Investigating Officer, Jammalamadugu Police Station, YSR Kadapa District, dated 20.08.2018, denying the allegations of the petitioner and stating that unofficial respondent No.6 lodged a report, based on the same, case in Cr.No.398 of 2018 dated 02.08.2018 was registered against the petitioner and six others, for the offence punishable under Section 420 read with 34 IPC, and during the course of investigation, seven witnesses were examined. It is stated that respondents 4 and 5 never threatened the petitioner or his family members to vacate the subject hour, nor interfered with the civil dispute.
Recording the above statement made in the written instructions, writ petition is disposed of.
It is needless to observe that respondents 4 and 5 shall not interfere with the civil dispute between the petitioner and unofficial respondents 6 and 7, and not to pressurize the petitioner to vacate the subject house. Any action, sought to be taken, shall be strictly in accordance with law. Interlocutory applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
