JUSTICE ANIS C.C.No. 1895 OF 2015 O R D E R: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice Nooty Ramamohana Rao) At long last, if not grudgingly, the order dated 02.07.2015 passed by this Court in W.V.M.P.No. 117 of 2014 in W.P.M.P.No. 42475 of 2013 in Writ Petition No. 34135 of 2013 has since been complied with on 17.12.2015, that too after the show cause in the Contempt Case was dispatched on 16.11.2015 and after the Contempt Case was admitted on 16.12.2015.

Be that as it may, we find that since the order passed by this Court has been complied with, the Court should be graceful enough to let Respondents 1 to 3 go unpunished with the hope that they will not repeat this kind of an error of judgment next time around. With this, the Contempt Case stands dismissed. Consequently, the miscellaneous applications, if any shall also stand dismissed.
