The grievance in WP.No.32815 of 2017 is that the respondents 5 and 6 filed WP.No.29885 of 2017 challenging the proceedings in A1/278/2017, dated 26-08-2017 passed by the District Panchayat Officer and when the matter is pending, the unofficial respondents approached the Government and obtained stay vide Memo No.8701/Pts.II/A1/2017, dated 14-09-2017. Aggrieved by the same, WP.No.32815 of 2017 is filed.

Since the revision is pending before the Government and this Court has already granted interim stay of the proceedings in Memo No.8701/Pts.II/A1/2017, dated 14-09-2017, the writ petition is disposed of directing the Government to dispose of the revision in accordance with law and status-quo granted by this Court on13-10-2017 shall continue pending revision before the Government.
