OFFICE NOTE 18.11.2022 KS,J IA.No.1 OF 2022 This application is filed seeking correction in the order passed by this Court in Crl.P.No.9819 of 2022 on 15.11.2022.

Learned Counsel for petitioners submits that this Court on 15.11.2022 passed order in Crl.P.No.9819 of 2022 and in the 3rd line of the unnumbered paragraph No.1 of the order, it was wrongly typed as "Petitioners/Accused Nos.1 to in the event of his arrest"

instead of "Petitioners/Accused Nos.1 to 3 in the event of their arrest" In view of the aforesaid submission, Registry is directed to correct as "Petitioners/Accused Nos.1 to 3 in the event of their arrest" instead of Petitioners/Accused Nos.1 to 2 in the event of his arrest" in the 3rd line of the unnumbered paragraph No.1 of the order.

Accordingly, the earlier order dated 15.11.2022 passed in Crl.P.No.9819 of 2022 stands corrected with the above observation.

Hence, the Registry is directed to issue corrected copy of the said order.
