The present writ petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus to declare the inaction of the respondents 2 to 4 in not issuing new passbooks, title deeds and cheques under " Ritu Bhandu Scheme" in favour of the petitioners on the basis of the earlier revenue records in respect of the subject land of the 1st petitioner, admeasuring Ac.4.16 gts., in Sy.No. 131/ 1/ B, 131, 21, 2nd petitioner land, admeasuring Ac.5.39 gts., in Sy.Nos. 131/ 1 and 131, 3rd petitioner land, admeasuring Ac.6.10 gts., in Sy.No. 131/ a/ 8, 4th petitioner land, admeasuring Ac.2.37 gts., in Sy.No. 131/ a/ 7, 5th petitioner land, admeasuring Ac.6.00 in Sy.No. 131/ Cha/ 3, 6th petitioner land, admeasuring Ac.5.22 gts., in Sy.No.131/ cha/ 2, 7th petitioner land, admeasuring Ac.5.24 gts., in Sy.No.

131/ Jha/ 1 and 131, 8th petitioner land, admeasuring Ac.10.00 in Sy.No. 131/ aha/ 1, 9th petitioner land, admeasuring Ac.5.27 gts., in Sy.No. 131, 10th petitioner land, admeasuring Ac.2.17 gts., in Sy.No.131/ a/ 9, 11th petitioner land, admeasuring Ac.2.29 gts., in Sy.No. 131/ 1/ Bha and 30, 12th petitioner land, admeasuring Ac.2.29 gts., in Sy.No.131/ 1/ bha and 21, 13th petitioner land, admeasuring Ac.5.19 gts., in Sy.No.

14th petitioner land, admeasuring Ac.4.37 gts., in Sy.No. 131/ 1/ bha, 131 and 30, situated at Raghaboinagudem Village, Yellandu Mandal of Bhadradri Kothagudem District, despite their latest representation dated 06.08.2018, as illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional.

The grievance of the petitioners is that though they made a representation on 06.08.2018 for issuance of Pattadar Passbook and Raithu Bhandu cheques pertaining to the lands referred to above, no action has been taken by the respondents so far.

It is represented by the learned Government Pleader that if the petitioners are entitled, their representations will be considered in accordance with law.

Having regard to the above, the present writ petition is disposed of with consent, at the admission stage, directing the respondents to examine the representation dated 06.08.2018 submitted by the petitioners for issuance of Pattadar Passbooks and Raithu Bhandu cheques pertaining to the schedule lands, and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
