CVNR, J & GSP, J WP.No.23230 of 2013 Dt: 21.06.2018 Order: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This Writ Petition is filed for the following substantive relief: "to issue a appropriate Writ or order or direction particularly in the nature of Wirt of Mandamus challenging the order of Chairman, Permanent Lok Adalat- Dist Judge, Vishakhapatnam in awarding Compensation of Rs.4,83,200/- on 20-7-2012 in Permanent Lok Adalat Case No 2088/2007 (PLA No.2088/2007) which was filed U/S No 22 A (b) I & II R/W Sec.22(B), 22(C) of Legal Services Act 1987 as there is no provision to file Appeal against liability as the Petitioners are seriously disputing the said award of Compensation, is totally illegal, arbitrary, unjust, discriminatory, unreasonable, without jurisdiction, opposed to Public Policy and violation of Articles 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India and also violative of Principles of Natural Justice and set aside the same with cost."

After arguing for some time, Mr.S.V.Ramana, learned Standing Counsel for the Andhra Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation, on instructions from his clients, requested for permission of the Court to withdraw the Writ Petition.

The Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn.
