This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a Writ of Certiorari to call for the records pertaining to the proceedings in (i) ROC No.465 of 2016 dated 06.08.2016, (ii) ROC No.543 of 2016 dated 09.09.2016 and the consequential proceedings in ROC No.572 of 2016 dated 21.09.2016 appointing a three member committee to enquire into the allegations and to quash the same as illegal and arbitrary. 2.

At the time of hearing, Ms.Padmaja, learned counsel representing Sri Nandigama Krishna Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the purpose of filing the writ petition has become infructuous.

Hence, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
