The petitioner made an application on 13-06-2015 seeking permission for conversion of agricultural land into non-agricultural purpose in respect of the land admeasuring Ac.1-50 cents in R.S.No.1021/1 situated at Nuzvidu Village and Mandal, Krishna District. Alleging that the said application is neither considered nor any orders are passed, the petitioner has made further representation on 10-08-2015 requesting the 1st respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders. Since no orders are passed, the present writ petition is filed alleging inaction on the part of the 1st respondent.

Heard the learned Government Pleader for Revenue. In the facts and circumstances of the case, I deem it appropriate to direct the 1st respondent to examine the petitioner's application aforesaid and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, expeditiously preferably within six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
