Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

2) The petitioner/A2 is directed to appear in PRC No.7 of 2010 on the file of XXIII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad on or before 12.06.2018 and seek for re-call of NBW issued against him, in which case the said Court shall re-call the NBW on suitable terms which will subserve the interest of speedy trial. Till 12.06.2018, the NBW issued against the petitioner/A2 shall not be executed. 3) Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is disposed of. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
