This Writ Petition is filed for a Mandamus to declare the inaction of respondent No.3 in disposing of the petitioner's appeal, dated 24-092015, filed against Order, dated 18-09-2015, in File No.1399/SERP/HR-II/KMN/2015, as illegal and arbitrary.

As the grievance of the petitioner is innocuous, respondent No.3 is directed to dispose of his appeal, if not already done, within two months from the date of receipt of this order.

With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
