HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.2893 OF 2016 ORDER:

The present Civil Revision Petition is filed, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, by the petitioner - proposed defendant No.7, challenging the order, dated 17.03.2016, passed in I.A. No.1842 of 2015 in O.S. No.241 of 2015, by the Additional Junior Civil Judge at Malkajgiri, Ranga Reddy District, whereby the petition filed under Order I, Rule 10 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, seeking to implead the petitioner as defendant No.7, was dismissed.

2. As per the material placed before this Court, during pendency of the present revision, the original suit bearing No.241 of 2015, itself was dismissed without costs, on 27.02.2018 on contest. Therefore, nothing remains to be adjudicated by this Court in the present revision.

3. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in the present revision, stand closed.
