HON'BLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE SRI THOTTATHIL B. RADHAKRISHNAN AND HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V. BHATT WRIT PETITION No.29176 OF 2018 ORDER (ORAL) : (Per the Hon'ble the Chief Justice Sri Thottathil B. Radhakrishnan) Learned counsel for respondent No.2 - Pollution Control Board submits that a decision has been taken on Ex.P1 and that the order will be served on the appellant tomorrow.

Since inaction on Ex.P1, what has been complained of, is complied, we close this Writ Petition since the matter has become infructuous. We leave open the right of the petitioner to seek redressal against any adverse order, which might have been issued by the Pollution Control Board on Ex.P1, as is apparent from the submissions of the learned counsel. The Writ Petition is ordered accordingly. No order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, Miscellaneous Applications, if any, pending in the Writ Petition stand dismissed.
