THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO Crl.R.C. No.2157 of 2015 ORDER :

The petitioner preferred the present Criminal Revision Case by invoking the provisions under Sections 397 and 401 of the Code of Criminal Procedure being aggrieved by the order dated 15-09-2015 passed in Crl.M.P.No.338 of 2015 in Crl.A.No.842 of 2015 by the III Additional District & Sessions Judge, Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar, wherein and whereby the learned Sessions Judge suspended the operation of sentence passed by the trial Court till disposal of the appeal on petitioner's depositing 1/4th of the compensation amount in the lower court within fifteen days.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Public Prosecutor and perused the material available on record.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the Criminal Revision Case is disposed of with the following directions :

4. The order of the lower appellate Court to the extent of directing the petitioner to deposit 1/4th of the compensation amount is hereby suspended till disposal of the appeal before the lower appellate Court.

5. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this revision shall stand closed.
