ORDER

This contempt case is filed alleging non-implementation of the order dated 09.09.2015 in W.P.No.7865 of 2014. 2.

Today, at the hearing, it is submitted by the learned Standing Counsel for respondents that the order dated 09.09.2015 in W.P.No.7865 of 2014 is complied with by issuing proceedings on 10.08.2016 by the respondents.

In view of the said submission, the Contempt Case is closed. If the petitioner is having any grievance with regard to implementation of aforesaid order, it is always open to him to take appropriate proceedings in accordance with law. No costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this case shall stand closed.
