O R D E R

This contempt case is filed alleging violation of the order dated 05.12.2009 passed by this Court in W.P.No.549 of 2008 wherein this Court directed the respondents to dispose of the representation submitted by the petitioner on 09.04.2007.

Counter affidavit is filed by the respondent stating that as per the order passed by this Court on 05.12.2009, the representation of the petitioner was considered and issued Memo vide Lr.No.E5/3055/2015 dated 25.07.2016 rejecting the representation of the petitioner dated 09.04.2017.

Heard both sides.

It is to be seen that validity of the order passed by the respondents cannot be adjudicated in the contempt case. In pursuance to the order passed by this Court, the respondents considered the representation of the petitioner and passed orders vide Memo dated 25.07.2016. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the said order, it is for the petitioner to challenge the same, In view of the above, I do not see any violation of the order passed by this Court. Accordingly, the contempt case is closed granting liberty to the petitioner to challenge order dated 25.07.2016. No costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
