THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY W.P.NO.29184 OF 2018 O R D E R Alleging that respondent - police authorities are interfering with civil dispute and pressurizing the petitioners to settle the said dispute with the unofficial respondents 5 and 6 in respect of the subject property, the present writ petition is filed.

Heard Sri Vedula Venkata Ramana, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioners.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions of Station House Officer, Tukarmgate Police Station, Secunderabad, denying the allegations of the petitioners and stating that when the petitioners along with their supporters created nuisance and law and order problem, petty cases were registered and further action is to be taken. Recording the above statement made in the written instructions, writ petition is disposed of, directing the police not to interfere with the civil dispute between the petitioners and the unofficial respondents and also with the life and liberty of the petitioners, except in accordance with law. It is made clear that this order will not preclude the respondent - police from taking appropriate action in accordance with law on the petty cases registered against the petitioners.
