This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to permit the petitioner to depart from India pending disposal of the trial in Crime No.132 of 2015 on the file of the Station House Officer, Nandyal III Town Police Station, Kurnool District.

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the criminal petition with liberty to avail the remedies available to him under law. Permission is granted.

Hence, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty as prayed for.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
